    Cancellation Policy

    If a customer chooses to cancel a rental/tour 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled activity, they will receive a gift certificate for the full amount redeemable in any combination of rental/tours/activities we offer. The gift certificate will be honored for 24 months from the date of the scheduled activity.


    No shows and cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity will be charged the full amount of their scheduled tour/rental.


    If in the event of sever weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events, The Island Adventure Company deems it necessary to cancel an activity, you will contacted and offered the option of rescheduling or full refund. Regarding inclement weather, less than ideal conditions ie; clouds, rain, light winds generally do not warrant cancelation of activities.


    ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

    I acknowledge and understand that the state of Wisconsin requires people born after January 1, 1988 to have proof of their completion of an approved ATV/UTV saftey course, to operate public roads and trails.
